Hi! I’m a yoga teacher based in North London. I offer private yoga classes to help you tone up, de-stress and feel great! These classes are customised specifically to you depending on your needs. You can let me know if you have any specific health conditions or yoga goals and we can factor this into the classes. Yoga is a wonderful healing system which can help ease and improve every health condition going! If you have specific fitness goals we can work towards these too.
